A BPrime Land or Real Estate or RE NFT is a blockchain-based digital token that represents a specific parcel of land.
The NFT functions as a digital certificate linked to a physical real estate asset. Ownership of the NFT gives the buyer the right to claim the land by completing the legal documentation process with BPrime Assets Ltd.
Yes.
Each BPrime Assets Limited Real Estate NFT corresponds to a real, identifiable parcel of land supported by property documentation and internal verification procedures.
The NFT acts as a digital proof of entitlement to the physical property.
After purchasing the Land NFT, you must contact BPrime Assets Ltd to complete the legal documentation process.
You will need to:
Once this process is completed, the land ownership becomes legally transferred to you.

If you cannot attend in person, you may send a trusted representative to act on your behalf.
The representative must present:
Once the Deed of Assignment is signed and collected:
the sale is considered final

BPrime Assets Ltd no longer retains ownership rights over the land.
You may then proceed to register your survey and property documentation with the appropriate authorities.
Yes.
Because NFTs are blockchain-based assets, you need a compatible digital wallet to receive and hold the NFT.
Your wallet will store your NFT and record your ownership on the blockchain.
Access to your NFT depends on access to your digital wallet and private keys.
If wallet access is lost, recovering the NFT may not be possible. Buyers are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallet credentials.
This doesn’t affect your physical landed property as long as you’ve perfected its document to prove your ownership.
Yes.
NFT holders may choose to transfer or resell their NFT through compatible NFT marketplaces.
However, if the NFT represents land that has not yet been legally transferred through the Deed of Assignment, the new buyer must still complete the documentation process with BPrime.
Some BPrime NFTs may include a physical artwork representation of the NFT.
If such artwork exists:
it is permanently linked to the NFT
it cannot be sold independently
it must be transferred to the new owner whenever the NFT is sold.
Yes, but depending on the property.
Additional costs may include:
survey registration
land registry fees
statutory government charges
These costs are typically paid directly to the relevant authorities.
BPrime NFTs may be purchased by buyers from different locations.
However, ownership and property rights remain subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including regulations relating to land ownership.
Buyers may wish to consult legal professionals for guidance where necessary.
Yes.
Once the Deed of Assignment has been completed and the land ownership is legally transferred, the land becomes your property and may be developed in accordance with applicable land use regulations.
Blockchain technology creates a permanent and transparent ownership record.
This allows:
verification of NFT ownership
tracking of ownership history
protection against duplication or alteration.
