Our real estate NFTs represent real, physical land assets, allowing buyers to acquire property through a verifiable digital certificate recorded on the blockchain.

 

This page explains how the RE-NFTs’ process works.

 

1. Browse Available Land NFTs

Visitors can explore the available BPrime Land NFTs listed on bprimeassets.com.

Each NFT represents a specific parcel of land and includes details such as:

  • Location of the land
  • Plot size
  • Survey details
  • Asset identification
  • Associated NFT artwork
  • Supporting documentation

 

This ensures that every NFT corresponds to a clearly identified physical property.

 

2. Purchase the NFT

Once a buyer selects a land NFT:

  • The buyer completes the purchase through the platform.
  • The NFT is transferred to the buyer’s digital wallet.
  • The blockchain permanently records the buyer as the holder of that NFT.

 

At this stage, the NFT functions as a digital certificate of entitlement to the underlying land asset.

 

3. Contact BPrime to Finalize Physical Legal Ownership

After purchasing the NFT, the buyer must contact BPrime Assets Ltd to finalize the legal transfer of the land.

The buyer will receive the necessary documentation required for ownership, including the Deed of Assignment.

4. Sign and Collect the Deed of Assignment

 

The buyer will:

  • sign the Deed of Assignment
  • receive the counter-signed copy from BPrime Assets Ltd

 

This document is the legal proof of land ownership under Nigerian property law.

 

Once the Deed of Assignment is collected, the land transfer is considered complete and final.

 

At that point:

  • the buyer becomes the full legal owner of the land

 

BPrime Assets Ltd no longer retains ownership rights over the property

 

5. Register Your Survey and Property

After collecting the Deed of Assignment, the buyer may proceed to:

  • register the survey
  • complete other land registry documentations
  • process any government approvals required

 

This ensures the land ownership is properly documented with the relevant authorities.

 

6. Lifetime Ownership

  • Once the transaction is finalized:
  • the buyer holds full lifetime ownership of the land
  • the property can be kept, developed, or transferred in accordance with applicable laws.

 

BPrime NFTs are designed to ensure clear ownership and transparent asset records.

 

7. Physical Artwork (If Included)

Some BPrime NFTs may be accompanied by a physical collectible artwork representing the NFT.

Where applicable:

  • the artwork is linked permanently to its NFT
  • the artwork cannot be sold separately from the NFT
  • if the NFT is resold, the artwork must be transferred to the new owner

 

This preserves the integrity of the collectible and its associated asset.

 

8. Third-Party Representation

If a buyer cannot visit our office in person, they may appoint a trusted representative to act on their behalf.

The representative must present:

  • a signed authorization letter
  • valid identification
  • any required supporting documents.

 

9. Security and Transparency

  • transparent asset records
  • verifiable ownership history

  • protection against duplication or fraud.
