About Inspection
Guided Site Inspection Deposit is N40,000 only credited toward your property purchase.
Because our landed mixed-use properties are located in remote locations, a dedicated site tour guide and transportation arrangements may be required. Steps breakdown:
1. Initial Enquiry – Free
Prospect receives the basic property information, price, location and available details.
2. Document Review at BPrime Office – Free
The prospect is invited to the BPrime office to review the available land documents and ask questions. This is an excellent opportunity to establish trust and allow them to understand exactly what they are considering.
3. Physical Site Inspection – ₦40,000
If they want to proceed to the actual location, a ₦40,000 site inspection deposit covers the dedicated tour guide and inspection logistics.
4. Purchase – Credit the ₦40,000
If they purchase the property, the ₦40,000 can be credited toward the purchase price. This means that the inspection is refunded to you should you proceed with your purchase.
