Each Real Estate NFT issued by BPrime Assets Ltd represents a specific parcel of land.

 

Before being listed on bprimeassets.com, each asset undergoes internal verification procedures to ensure that the property:

 

  • exists as a physical land asset
  • has identifiable location details
  • has supporting documentation
  • can be linked to a specific NFT.

 

This ensures that every Real Estate NFT is associated with a real-world property.

 

2. Unique Asset Identification

Every BPrime land NFT is linked to a unique asset identifier, which may include:

  • plot reference
  • property location information
  • survey reference
  • internal asset identification number.

 

This identifier allows the NFT to be traced back to the underlying physical property.

 

3. Documentation Supporting the Asset

Each asset associated with a BPrime Real Estate NFT is supported by property documentation such as:

  • survey plans
  • layout references
  • land allocation records
  • deed documentation where applicable.

 

These documents form part of the verification process that connects the digital NFT with the real asset.

 

4. Blockchain Ownership Record

Ownership of the NFT is recorded on a blockchain network, which provides:

5. Legal Ownership of the Land

The NFT acts as a digital certificate linked to the property.

 

To finalize legal ownership of the land, the buyer must complete the documentation process with BPrime Assets Ltd, including the signing and collection of the Deed of Assignment.

 

Once the Deed of Assignment has been executed and collected:

  • the ownership of the land becomes legally transferred to the buyer
  • the transaction is considered final

BPrime Assets Ltd no longer retains ownership rights over the land.
